Love is the ultimate alchemical portal ~ it is the key to all effective transformation.
Unconditional love is a devotional choice. When we choose devotion to love, we can meet ALL parts of ourselves and our humanity, with the understanding that every part of us is love consciousness itself.

Heart is the true seat of embodied consciousness.

The energy of the Heart ~ of Love ~ is the place from which our deepest body+mind anchor exists.

Love is the transformational ingredient that helps us to open to all the parts of ourselves that have been shut off to, that have been unaccepted, that have been locked away. Love is the key to the softening of Acceptance; it is the magic that gently opens the years-long locked away doors.

In this Pleasure of the Heart practice, we will explore how to feel pleasure in our bodies through connecting with the Heart ~ the physical, anatomical area of the heart/breasts/chests, the energetic heart of the upper torso, and the vast spiritual heart that is the interconnectedness of all that exists.

We’ll work with energy, breath, sounding, movement, touch, meditation, visualization.

Everything is an invitation and you design your own experience to what feels within your realm of resourced-ness.
