What You Can Expect:
Sacred, Intimate Space: A women’s-only gathering where we honor and acknowledge all that is true in our bodies—the emotions, sensations, and truths that long to be felt, heard, and witnessed.
Embodiment Practices: Explore deep embodiment work to connect with your authentic power and vulnerability.
Alchemical Dance: Move your body to feel alive, to express truth, to generate goodness in your body
Desire Mapping: Gain clarity on what you truly desire and the transformation you seek.
Transmutation of Energy: Release and transform blocked energy through sound, movement, and breath.
Personal Ritual: Each participant will experience a personal ceremony of self-honor, followed by a group witnessing.
Optional Mini-Coaching Sessions: 5-15 minute sessions for those seeking dedicated support to explore layers of self and transmute limiting beliefs, held within the safe circle of the group.
Snacks & Conversation: For those who wish to stay, enjoy optional snacks and conversation to deepen connections. Please bring something to share if you intend to stay for integration and conversation past 1pm.
