These circles are where we come home—
to ourselves and to each other.
Here, in ritual sisterhood, we reclaim and liberate, through intentional practice, our vibrance, our aliveness.
WE need each other to be vibrant.
The world ~ humanity, need us to be vibrant.
As we give to and expand ourselves, we give and expand each other.
In a world that so often pulls us into disconnection, busyness, or doubt, we gather to remember what is true:
That aliveness, belonging, and wholeness live INSIDE our BODIES.
As tribe, as sisters, we come together to embody the awakened pathway to freedom, power, and trust.
We come together wondering similar things.
Let’s Gather and Normalize the feelings we are each having.
Let’s feel them together and as we do that, we remind ourselves that WE Are Together, both inside our embodied internal experience, and outside ~ in community, in sisterhood.
Gathering is inherently Connecting. Gathering is Bonding. Gathering is Community.
WE Gather:
Hold You, Hold Me.
Hold Us, Hold WE.
Each of us wakes up each morning with a similar longing:
For connection, for tribe, for a place to be fully seen.
A place safe enough for our raw truth.
A place where human-ness is honored.
A place where our whole-est, fullest and most integrated expression is welcomed.
Each of us carry these similar questions ..
a whispered inner dialogue ~~
Why do I feel so un-alive?
Am I always going to feel this way?
Will this ever change?
What do I need to do, what do I need to change so that I feel more joy?
Perhaps you notice being afraid of
your own internal disconnection….
your lack of connection with people around you
your confusion around why you are not happy…
These are shared shadows that we can all connect with to remind ourselves that
we are not alone.
The Nervous System Alchemy practice supports the development of your unique body+mind tending.
When we attune to and tend our nervous system we generate a cascade of experiences in the body mind that distill into an embodied knowing of Wholeness, Power and Trust.
This is HOW it unfolds in the body mind:
Our body/nervous system receives acknowledgement for what is true to it.
This acknowledgement communicates to the nervous system “I hear you – I’m here – I’ve got you – You can trust me.”
The result of the “I’ve got you” is embodied self-trust.
Embodied self-trust = reliability of ourself to ourself.
Consistent practice of embodied self-trust cultivates embodied and internal security, safety, and power.
Over time of feeling these embodied feelings, we develop a sense of inner discernment and compass that feels more aligned to our deep self and deep truth.
We choose from this place of inner discernment; our clarified truth interfaces with the circumstances, people and places around us.
As we exist more deeply from our clarified truth in little and big moments of choice, our being-ness feels like an inner sanctuary, the temple of our being, the origin of our fullest expression.
The inner sanctuary is two pieces working coherently together: 1) our nervous system receiving what it needs, and 2) a relationship with the vastness of our conscious energetic being.
The unfolding body mind is where
flesh meets spirit and where flesh and spirit become crystalized into a fertile, dynamic expression of our divine existence in this life and body.
Just like learning anything, getting to know HOW to tend to our nervous system – getting to know ourselves – takes time and practice.
It’s familiarization, and a skill, that we cultivate.
This is Nervous System Alchemy: tending your body so it learns safety, trust, and wholeness—again and again—until sanctuary is not something you find, but something you are.
