Conversations on Connection is a multi-gender, collaborative, conscious gathering to explore the practice of love, connection, and understanding—because fulfilling relationships don’t just happen— they’re nurtured.
Relationships are at the heart of being human—yet most of us were never taught how to truly thrive in them.
Healthy relating is a skill we can grow at any stage of life. Many of us sense there’s more available in our relationships—more understanding, more ease, more joy. We are gathering to explore what makes connection flourish.
This multi-gender roundtable is for anyone curious about the art of functional, fulfilling relating.
There are women’s circles and men’s groups, and these are also SO important; this gathering bridges the two—creating a safe, collaborative space to explore the dynamics that shape how we show up with ourselves, and with one another.
At the core of meaningful connection is the ability to stay connected to ourselves—our inner voice, needs, and emotions—and to speak from that place with honesty and care.
This circle honors the truth that self-led love is the foundation for secure, thriving relationships of every kind.
Together we’ll look at the themes that influence our ability to love well: emotional maturity, communication during conflict, attachment types and love languages, polarity, intimacy, and more.
Whatever your gender, sexual orientation, or relationship style, the skills of secure-functioning relating are universal—and they can be learned.
Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and join the conversation.
Decades of research in relationship science show that the quality of our closest relationships is one of the strongest predictors of long-term happiness, health, and well-being. And while the data confirms it, our hearts already know: when we feel safe and deeply connected—to ourselves and to each other—we thrive.
Conversations on Connection is a safe and welcoming community gathering for all genders where we come together to talk openly about the joys and challenges of relating. We’ll begin each circle with a ritual opening and a sharing of community agreements to maintain safety in the space. Each week will introduce an over-arching theme and these will include:
Conscious partnership & Conscious relating
Emotional maturity / self-responsibility / owning one’s experience
Secure functioning attachment /
Communication & functional communication during conflict
Attachment styles & love languages
Family dynamics, friendships, intimate partnership
Masculine / feminine polarity
Sexuality
This isn’t a workshop or lecture—it’s a conversation circle, where everyone’s voice matters: open, real, supportive. Bring your curiosity, and let’s grow together.
Come as you are. All are welcome. 💛
