A Guided Hot–Cold Embodiment Ritual

Join me at Flux Thermal Lounge for a four week series of a morning practice to reconnect with your emotional and sensory body through water, breath, and gentle sound.

This is not about catharsis or performance.
It is about building capacity to feel.

In a culture that teaches us to override our emotions, many of us lose touch with the body’s natural signals. This ritual offers a simple, supported way to return to sensation, presence, and emotional flow.

Together we practice:

  • building emotional capacity through sensation

  • sensing emotional energy as body sensation

  • meeting feelings with curiosity instead of judgment

  • using breath and sound as nourishment for the nervous system

  • moving between heat and cold as a pathway to regulation and aliveness

The hot water invites softening and expression.
The cold water invites presence and reset.
Both teach us how to listen to the body.

All genders welcome.
No prior experience needed.
You are always encouraged to honor your own pace.

This is a space to become more fluent in your inner world — to feel without overwhelm, and to restore your natural relationship with sensation and emotion.
