Nudity is never required. There is no pressure to reveal more than feels grounded and safe.
We practice active consent, personal agency, and deep respect for individual boundaries.
You are invited to listen to your body and choose what feels aligned, exploring layers — literal and energetic — at your own pace.

Your Facilitator
Liz is a ceremonialist and somatic intimacy practitioner devoted to helping women reclaim their bodies, sexuality, and sovereign self-trust. She guides women into embodied eros and self-leadership rooted in nervous system safety and lived truth.
Her work weaves nervous system attunement, erotic embodiment, relational inquiry, and deep emotional presence. Through private mentorship and intimate group containers, she supports women in reconnecting with desire, integrating shadow and conditional messaging, and experiencing pleasure as sacred and self-generated.
Liz holds spaces that are grounded, consent-forward, and reverent. Her facilitation is known for its depth, clarity, and warmth — creating environments where women feel both safe and powerfully alive.
