Each program is designed as a coherent arc — not a collection of techniques, but a lived process that unfolds over time. Through somatic practice, relational inquiry, and integration, these containers support nervous system regulation, self-trust, erotic vitality, and relational wholeness.
Programs may be oriented toward feminine, masculine, or relational pathways, and are held live and intentionally to support depth, safety, and real integration. They can be experienced on their own or as an entry point into deeper private mentorship.
The FEM Activation Series is the current live offering within this ecosystem.
This 11-week journey is a feminine-oriented pathway designed for women who feel called to reclaim erotic sovereignty, embodied self-trust, and inner authority through live practice and integration. See more below.

An 11-week live embodiment journey for women reclaiming desire, power, and self-trust.
This is a space for women who feel the quiet
(or loud) call to come home to themselves.
Not through force.
Not through performance.
Not through becoming someone else.
But through embodied reclamation — of desire, erotic truth, instinct, emotional wholeness, and inner authority.
The FEM Activation Series is a live, experiential, body-led journey into erotic sovereignty:
the lived knowing that your pleasure, boundaries, voice, sexuality, and aliveness belong to you.
This is not about learning how to be sexy.
It’s about remembering what your body already knows.
What This Series Is
This is a live, weekly ritual space held over 11 weeks, designed to gently and powerfully unwind shame,
fragmentation, and disconnection from your erotic nature.
Each week we gather to:
Explore a core theme through conversation and teaching
Enter a guided somatic / erotic embodiment practice
Integrate through reflection, witnessing, and shared inquiry
The arc of the series is intentional — each week builds on the last, creating a coherent, cumulative transformation.
Weekly Structure
Each session is approximately 2–2.25 hours and includes:
30 minutes of discussion, framing, and embodied teaching
75 minutes of guided somatic / erotic practice
15–30 minutes of integration, reflection, and group conversation
This is not passive learning — it is lived, felt, and integrated in real time.

Live participation is the heart of this container — presence matters. If you know in advance you’ll need to miss a session, you can request access to that recording. All session replays are also available through Patreon.
Weekly live sessions are recorded (audio or video of facilitator only) and are not included with the Fem Activation Series registration.
Ongoing access to all session recordings is available through The Temple of the Primal Body Patreon space.

Membership is $22/month and completely optional. You’re welcome to join for as long — or as briefly — as feels aligned.

Week 1 — Self Love / Love as Alchemy
Moving beyond affirmations into embodied self-regard. Establishing safety, devotion, and presence as the ground of erotic sovereignty.
Week 2 — Sexual Exploration of the Self
Turning inward with curiosity and reverence. Learning your erotic body without shame, urgency, or performance.
Week 3 — Holistic Sex
Expanding sex beyond friction into breath, energy, emotion, intuition, and nervous system attunement.
Week 4 — Integrating Sexual Overwhelm
Meeting intensity with grounding and capacity. Transforming “too much” into self-trust.
Week 5 — Sexual Wholeness / Primal Nature
Reclaiming instinct, wildness, hunger, and embodied truth. Welcoming the untamed feminine.
Week 6 — Exploring the Shadow Self
Meeting taboo, shame, fantasy, rage, and desire as gateways to integration rather than fragmentation.
Week 7 — Sexual Energy for Life
Circulating erotic energy through the whole body as vitality, creativity, and life-force.
Week 8 — Building an Ecology of Thriving
Creating internal and external conditions that support erotic aliveness — boundaries, rhythms, devotion, and relational health.
Week 9 — Transforming Sexual Identity
Shedding inherited narratives and roles. Claiming a self-defined erotic identity rooted in truth.
Week 10 — Sexual & Personal Empowerment
Integrating voice, boundaries, desire, and leadership. Erotic sovereignty as a foundation for your life.
Week 11 — Closing Ritual
Ceremony, witnessing, and integration. Honoring what has shifted and consciously stepping forward.
