IMMIGRATION
Mrs. Carlin’s Immigration Law practice includes all areas of Immigration Law. Below find the most common ways to obtain nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas respectively. Immigrant visa categories enable you to work and stay in the US for an indefinite period of time, while non-immigrant visas are generally temporary in nature.
